Leadership Development Program
Our Leadership Development Program is a dynamic 12-month journey designed for recent college graduates and high-potential young professionals. Through immersive, role-specific rotations and structured cohort sessions, you’ll gain valuable cross-functional exposure across key areas of CFG operations—including supply chain, fresh and value added operations, engineering, technical services, and customer solutions. This unique blend of on-the-job learning, classroom development, and site visits provides you with the foundation to accelerate your career, while also equipping you with leadership skills rooted in our culture and values.
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field closely related to the business unit of your desired track.
- Open to U.S. Citizens, Legal Permanent Residents, Asylees, Refugees, or others authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
- Demonstrated formal or informal leadership experience: through internships, volunteer work, university clubs/associations and general work experinces.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
