Do you know someone who would be a great addition to our team? Refer them and earn a bonus when they are hired and meet the program requirements!

Operations Referral Program Details
Refer a 1st or 2nd Shift Operations Team Member and earn up to $250 after your referral completes 90 days of employment.


Trades Referral Program Details
Earn $1,000 when referring skilled trades Team Members - Electronics, Mechanics and Plumbers who complete 90 days of employment.
Bonus eligibility is 9/21/26 through 12/31/26


Eligibility requirements apply. Bonus amounts are gross and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
The candidate must provide employee name and TM ID number at the time of hiring.
Rehired, exempt, human resources team members and part-time team members are not eligible.
