Refer them and earn a bonus when they are hired and meet the program requirements!

Program Details
Refer a 1st Shift Team Member: Earn up to $250 after your referral completes 90 days of employment.
Refer a 2nd Shift Team Member: Earn up to $1,000 - $500 after your referral completes 90 days and another $500 after 180 days.

Eligibility requirements apply. Bonus amounts are gross and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
The candidate must provide employee name and TM ID number at the time of hiring.
Rehired, exempt, human resources team members and part-time team members are not eligible. 
Hourly hires on 2nd shift and Supervisors are eligible.

In 2017,  Clemens opened a second processing facility in Coldwater, Mich. With the capacity to process 11,000 hogs a day, the 600,000-square-foot plant creates over 830 local jobs. Our jobs include everything from operations, trades, rendering, drivers, sanitation and beyond.

Requires proficiency in knife handling, product identification, and trimming techniques while maintaining productivity and product quality.
