In 2017,  Clemens opened a second processing facility in Coldwater, Mich. With the capacity to process 11,000 hogs a day, the 600,000-square-foot plant creates over 830 local jobs. Our jobs include everything from operations, trades, rendering, drivers, sanitation and beyond.

Current Open Positions

Packer

Responsible for packing products according to company specifications, customer requirements & food safety standards.

Trimmer

Requires proficiency in knife handling, product identification, and trimming techniques while maintaining productivity and product quality. 

Butcher

Performing intermediate-level pork fabrication, cutting, trimming, deboning, and product preparation activities.
