United StatesMeet just a few of the couples who share both a workplace and a life together.
Meet Our People
Hear their stories and what CFG means to them.
Devon & Shamilla
“We met here,” Devon said, of his wife, Shamilla. “I saw her one day, started talking to her, and the rest is history.” Working at the same company means coming in together, heading home together, and catching up whenever they can. Shamilla says seeing Devon during breakfast or lunch breaks makes the day better—and both agree that working at CFG has been rewarding and a lot of fun.
Dan & Janelle
“We make each other’s work better,” Dan shared. Having a built-in sounding board they trust completely means lots of idea-sharing—and plenty of friendly debate. Dan jokes that Janelle’s ideas usually win in the end. (Janelle says not to believe everything he says!) Either way, collaboration comes naturally for this duo.
Shaun & Allie
Allie and Shaun met online in 2017 and quickly discovered they were next-door neighbors on their first date. Today, working at the same company has its perks. “It’s great,” Shaun said with a smile. “Sometimes we even get to have lunch together.” (Sometimes, that’s the best part of the day.)
Steven & Liz
For Steven and Liz, it’s all about time. Having the same schedules allows them to spend more of it together—both at work and at home. “It gives us plenty of time to enjoy life together,” Steven said, and that balance is what they value most.
Cameron & Brigitte
Working together means fewer explanations and deeper conversations. Brigitte says when they talk about their day, Cameron already understands the processes and challenges. That shared perspective makes it easier to get to the heart of projects—and even help solve each other’s problems. “It’s been a lot of fun being able to connect with someone who has the same passion as you do,” she said.
This Valentine's Day, we're celebrating the connections that grow here every day.
